Hybrids car are becoming increasingly popular due to their dual use of gasoline and electricity. They are currently the most fuel efficient cars readily available on the market right now and they also pollute much less than traditional cars. However, studies have shown that the manufacturing that goes into building a hybrid car actually pollutes more than the amount saved by the use of the car. Not to mention they’re a bit more expensive than a traditional car. - Run your car on water
This is perhaps the best way of saving gas. You can modify your car to run completely on plain water. Not only is using water as fuel thousands of times cheaper than gasoline, they also release oxygen into the air as a byproduct which in fact HELPS the environment.
